Votes won’t ever be 50-50. There’s far too many RINO republicans who will readily vote for whatever the Dems wave under their nose. Romney, Collins, Murkowski, Sasse, Thune, Cornyn, Cotton, Scott, and on and on and on. But when it’s a Republican/ conservative bill proposal - not ONE Democrat (or “independent Bernie”) will vote with the Republican side. They are not allowed to and they do what they’re told by Schumer. The senate will honestly not even need the “deciding vote” of Kamala Harris because they’ll always have the 50+ votes they need to pass anything the uniparty wants.
It applies to either scenario. The senate with these two stolen GA seats won’t need Pence as tie-breaker. The Dems will always have 50 votes + several RINO votes - either for or against any bill or action. Even for something as destructive and partisan as Impeachment - the will easily have their 51++ votes.

You're assuming the States won't take back their rights to appoint the legal electors and give Trump the win.
