A) Does he just allow the Republican Congressmen and Senators to object and follow the Electoral Act of 1877? Basically there's a two-hour debate and Republicans lose thanks to RINOs like Mitt Romney and the fact they don't hold the House.

OR

B) Does he punt it back to the State Legislatures in the contested states and force them to choose between competing electors? This may be a way to actually get court intervention and put these state legislatures back in charge.

OR

C) Is there a third option?

I'm trying to figure how you get out of this box where RINOs will do nothing and Democrats are hellbent on allowing voter fraud to win.

Options for 6 JAN

VP Pence seats Republican Electors over the objections of Democrats in states where fraud occurred

VP Pence rejects the electors from States where fraud occurred causing the election to be decided by remaining electoral votes

VP Pence delays the decision in order to allow for a vetting and subsequent counting of the all the legal paper ballots
