According to some too voted twitter dem guy, the vote count is an aggregate of different places and that explains that. Not sure if true or how that even explains it lol.

Say what? That doesn’t explain how perdue’s overall total suddenly decreased by 30,000 votes. When you add votes, the total increases. It doesn’t matter whether you’re adding them from different places. A raw number of votes is submitted and added to the total. They’re not dealing in negative numbers.
