I was a Precinct Captain for the Ron Paul campaign in 2008. I went door to door with 5 or 6 people from my precinct. Ron Paul got "2" votes total in said precinct.
The primaries are rigged too. Why do you think Graham doesn't ever get primaried?

There's no legal consequences to rigging a party nomination either.
