If only 1/2 of America pays taxes, I wonder which half that could be? Theoretically what would happen if that 1/2 didn’t file in April? Keep in mind Boston Tea Party was about taxation too.

I mean, your work is going to take the money out of your paycheck so people that are not self employed have no way to do what you are suggesting unless there's something that I don't know about.
Ok, I guess yeah. And then don't file in April.
