If only 1/2 of America pays taxes, I wonder which half that could be? Theoretically what would happen if that 1/2 didn’t file in April? Keep in mind Boston Tea Party was about taxation too.

South Africa is currently down to three million actual tax payers in the entire country. If you want to know what will happen look there. Rolling blackouts, starvation, roads completely fucked.
