especially where he wrote it was supposed to look like a random robbery and Seth wasn't supposed to get shot...so 2 thugs were supposed to threaten him for a USB drive, let him live, and he wouldn't tell anyone that they specifically asked for his USB drive?

Along the same lines - My question is this - if the ATF agent or whoever arranged for the 2 ms13 guys (to rob Seth Rich) didn't intend to kill him, why did they give the ms13 guys a LOADED revolver?
