Don't be an idiot. If you don't actually know what praying and fasting is you don't need to be telling people not to do it. You don't become an invalid who can't read because you prayed. Quite the opposite really.

Prayers fuel actions, and actions win wars. But most importantly prayer is an appeal to God, and by HIS GRACE we will pull this thing out of the fire! There are miracles to come; I can feel it!
