Yes, all but 3 counties had finished counting all their votes, and of course those were heavily blue counties. Then out of nowhere they announced around 11 pm that 4000 more absentee ballots were just delivered to Fulton County. Seriously. Around midnight those 3 counties all said they were done for the night and would start again the next morning. Perdue was ahead. Yet somehow, 2-3 hours later, after everyone had gone home, new update comes through and Perdue is down by several thousand. Groundhog Day.
