Basically Pence is expected to reject votes from contested states. Dems will say he can't do it due to change Congress made in 1877. Pence will argue he can under the constitution. Dems will likely file suit in SCOTUS.
This seems to be the most likely outcome barring something sexy like Space Force being used to monitor communication of all the riggers.

It would be so absolute shit if that actually gets applied here... any votes that are spilt in Congress and deadlocked refer back to the Governor's’ selections. When the govs committed fraud, stopping audits & the like, this whole thing should be thrown out.
Rudy talks about this. He says the changes were made without making changes to the constitution. Due to that they can be sent to the legislature to decide or Pence has the authority to reject them outright. Under the constitution, not the amended rules. Hence Dems having to sue to SCOTUS.
Video is worth a watch he talks through about three different scenarios. The one I posted is the one I think they hope to go with.
Personally I think they will confirm Biden and then it will be up to the patriots in DC to throw down or not.
