MeSew, I understand your point, but as an employer for close to 40 years, we are under federal law to take NO action against anyone whose paycheck is garnished by any court order. I agree, it is a PITA, but you must take care of it for your employer. (there are any number of ways to fire an employee so there is that though, and in Oregon it is an "At Will" state.)
