Landed at 10p yesterday, waited 3 hours for my rental car I paid for... finally Got to the desk, they were out. 80 dollar Uber to hotel - 3a. Sleep at 4a, wake up at 615a, get to metro buy my pass for myself and lady and nothing comes out, manager won't refund me.
Out a few hundred and assume I will get a little back will take hours on the phone which I don't have.
