This is wrong. Good defeats Evil. Surrendering truth for "tactics" is the deal with the devil that killed the United States in the 1950s (see the Doolittle Report of the CIA). We need to bring all of the "rules" to bear. We need truth, but we need to remember that "a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that [we] should declare the causes which impel [us] to the separation" -- or war.
