Have you reviewed the lists of elections overturned by courts?
I believe the legislatures are still being misled on this point. Single digit margins DO get overturned for reason of fraud. But courts are not meant to handle large scale claims of fraud, and never will, from what I can tell (big fraud is sometimes caught and punished, but NOT to correct a vote count).
The red herring of “1-49 court case record” must be thrown back to the lake. State legislatures alone need extreme pressure, because it’s THEIR decision.
