But there’s nothing stopping Pence from simply handing the question back to state legislatures.
The table is set. The crowd is there. Letters are coming in from state legislators and committees. Democrats are probably flipping out. Why? Because they know we are looking at a high % chance of some fireworks.
There is plenty of evidence. It's been presented to those willing to see it.
The only "investigations" needed are to find the purpetrators of the fraud.

I believe the legislatures are still being misled on this point. Single digit margins DO get overturned for reason of fraud. But courts are not meant to handle large scale claims of fraud, and never will, from what I can tell (big fraud is sometimes caught and punished, but NOT to correct a vote count).
The red herring of “1-49 court case record” must be thrown back to the lake. State legislatures alone need extreme pressure, because it’s THEIR decision.
