It was DeKalb county for the most part. They were stuck at 34% reporting for a long time and then released a big update that brought them to 90 something % if I recall correctly.
So... that is very unusual. The reason being is the big leap look to give 200k to democrats and give 20k to the republicans at the same time. That would mean that the batches received in this time frame would have to on average be 90% democrat. Getting 75% of one county to vote for one candidate is unusual, 90% is insane.
It's more like 160k vs 25 or 30ish, hard to tell exactly, but that would pretty much line up with the fraudulent percentages they're claiming to get in all these big cities. They just have to say that black turnout increased and they're golden. It fits all their narratives and you better not dare question it or you're a vote suppressing bigot!

Looks more like 150,000 to something about 1/4 that size — let's say 40,000.

These numbers very well may be a bit small to represent the total voters in big counties like DeKalb or Fulton. In any case, Atlanta has a huge black population; and the ratio of Democratic voters to R voters in inner-city Atlanta has been this exact same way going back to the 80s.
(Though the split in DeKalb as a whole in the 2020 Presidential was 83% to 17%.)
The injection is obvious to anyone... anyone remember the original explanation that the democrats gave?

And why were they stuck? Didn't they start counting mail-in ballots days ago, unlike the presidential elections?
Totally normal. Nothing to see here.
Every other election, the counting was done, people would give a victory speech and celebrate.
Bed time?
