Yep, they needed to NOT allow the Rs to cast their votes or at least those machines know of the R ballots cast, so that they can scan or probably even create a new D ballot internally to be switched to a D vote before being tallied. My hope is Trump had high level surveillance monitoring this steal in realtime and will drop the hammer later today
