K.H. parents were here in the USA on student visas; which were temporary residency and not business either; so US v Kim doesn't apply and so K.H. isn't a US Citizen and definately not a natural born one for POTUS requirement. Thus K.H. is ineligible to get Elector Votes either.
Therefore, the DEM ticket is null & void, and the House nor Senate can vote for Biden or Harris since it takes the top vote-getters in the contested voting.
