KEEP IN MIND -- although those vote drops for one or two votes, we shouldn't be seeing ANY vote drops. There might be other things in the data, so check out what you can. I'll be updating this post with other data drops.

No one really knows where the servers are -- I believe they're in Tampa, FL. It's kind of neither here nor there. Let's focus on looking at the raw data.

Are lines 352-353 or lines 544-555 lines 928-930 and 1120-1122 first document what we are looking for? I want to help you but I am not sure what it is I'm trying to find? all the integers in the highlighted columns are identical in these lines first column 22,21, 23 second 21,19,22 Also how can I document anything if I can figure out what I'm looking for?

Here's my problem. I always look for the simple answer. I can't imagine a mathematical world where totals go down as percentages shift.
Say for example 5o frogs aye and 50 frogs nay
100 votes total 50 %share each
100 votes for nay come in. 200 votes total 25% percent aye 75% nay.
You can keep adding votes and the percentage will drop but how do you lose votes?
I know, sorry. Not dissing all the work. I've also been crunching where I can, but if you can't get people to accept simple proof, how are you ever going to convince of more conclusive but technical data.
