Personally I lean towards having my tattoo on my left arm but I don't think I will have the choice...

Tattoos are old school. Today they chip. Been doing it to pets for years and started for humans a while ago.

But it will start with prisoners in jail, then those with public assistance, then those convicted of any crime, then the rest of us. Same way they rolled out DNA databases.
I think that time frame is a little off. It will be given to people who want "normal".
