You're not reading the letter at all. He is being very clear that he's not interfering at all with the electors. Only the House/Senate have that power, and there won't be a majority to successfully object.

Correct. And he was going to kick it back to the states after the evidence was presented. Wasn't that the plan? And it looked to me like that was what he was doing.
Nope. You're not reading the letter correctly. House/Senate do not have majority to successfully object, and as he says in the letter, he doesn't have the power to choose electors or send back to the states by his own doing.
QUOTE: "It is my considered judgment that my oath to support and defend the Constitution constrains me from claiming unilateral authority to determine which electoral votes should be counted and which should not."
Stop dooming. Read the actual letter.
Quote: "It is my considered judgment that my oath to support and defend the Constitution constrains me from claiming unilateral authority to determine which electoral votes should be counted and which should not."
Right. Which means he will send back to state to straighten out.
lolololololololololol, and I'm sure you'll keep saying that after Arizona gets counted once this debate for it is done.
Loterally not what that says.
QUOTE: "It is my considered judgment that my oath to support and defend the Constitution constrains me from claiming unilateral authority to determine which electoral votes should be counted and which should not."
Could be interpreted as him saying he cant make the call, there are two sets, so he is sending it back to the States.

?
You missing a screw up there?
Are you dumbass?
well. thats it i guess.
He did say he'll allow objections.
But he should be sending this back to the State Legislatures!!!
"It is my considered judgment that my oath to support and defend the Constitution constrains me from claiming unilateral authority to determine which electoral votes should be counted and which should not."
this is fake news.
This just says that he will follow the Constitution and the law and hear objections. I'm not reading anywhere that he won't overturn anything.
QUOTE: ""It is my considered judgment that my oath to support and defend the Constitution constrains me from claiming unilateral authority to determine which electoral votes should be counted and which should not.""
I dunno, doesn't say that, says Trust The Plan.

Hell, I'll let Trump tell you himself:

read the letter
What Pence is saying is that he won’t unilaterally toss the electors, but will require objections from the house and senate before tossing them.

He said he was retiring from public office......this cements his retirement.
That's the truth. He can fuck off in Israel
