In the letter Pence states he does not believe he has the authority to select which slate of electors is the correct one, for states that provide two.

He lays out the process of allowing for objections, presumably so they can present objections and then determine to send back to state legislatures.

Slow down pedes and read carefully. If Pence cucked we'll find out later.

For states that provide two slates of electors, I believe a legal option is to push the slates back to the state legislature for determination of which one is valid.
