I would like to know as well. I think for each state that is contested they will stop the count and debate for 2 hours, then vote on whether to accept the electors as slated, or send it back to the state for clarification.

But the house is controlled by the democrats, so wont they just vote to keep the electors which say biden won? I thought there was a theory floating around that Pence, would refuse to even bring up the states that were contested so that neither President Trump or biden have the necessary 270. Not having the 270 would trigger an immediate vote in the house by state delegation. More states are controlled by Republicans, so Trump wins. Then the Senate votes to choose the VP.

You drag congress out into the street and execute them for the world to see.

Then trump becomes president.
