Everyone around Trump got the corona virus except for Pence. They thought it would take him out but Trump recovered very fast. Pence planned to go to Israel after the election. He was the one that led to the firing of General Flynn which led to Trump bringing traitors like McCrystal who fired Bannon's associates and the guy who tipped off Devin Nunes. Pence was and has always been a Bush associate. That is where his loyalties are. He was responsible for bringing in NeverTrumpers in the administration. His staff was full of them. It was also Pence who was supposed to investigate election fraud in the beginning of the administration. Trump gave him so many responsibilities but the traitor did not care. All he wanted was serve his masters.
