Pence released a prepared statement shortly after the AZ objection and debate began (I think that's when it came out.) Pretty much sounded like he was cucking out but I wasn't sure how to interpret. Appears to be the case since PDJT has now tweeted out that Pence lacked courage to do the right thing.
Pence's released statement today says his role is purely "ceremony" and he does not have power to accept or not accept certain electoral votes that have been certified by the states.
And in it he says he will 'support the Constitution' by not being a 'unilateral' decider of whether the electors are in fact valid or not, all the while acknowledging the controversy around them.
I hope he burns in hell.
