There's a small, small, small glimmer of hope the states will do the right thing and win the Congressional debate on electoral votes. That's the side Pence chose, and now it rides out how it will. Trump wanted Pence to take a gambit that had just as much chance to fail in front of SCOTUS. Not excusing Pence, I can just see why he folded. He did what the GOP has done for decades - pussy out.
Not dooming. Just being realistic. Trump went further than most thought he could in 4 years, but there's a good chance he's going to have this election stolen blatantly in front of us. That's why the protest in Washington is the right thing. And there needs to be more and more and more of them.

I will say this, the patriots in DC today can be proud of themselves. You showed courage and did your part. There will be a lot of shit talking from the MSM and NPC's in your social media, but this is going to create ripples throughout this country.
But people do care, and they will care more in the coming days. Had you killed a few cops or even a senator it would have accomplished nothing, the power structure and the liberals behind it would not have been intimidated into doing what you wanted. On the other hand, simply sitting back and waving flags while following all the rules and staying in your little area, and then returning home dejected, that would have done nothing either.
What happened today was perfect. It's the best thing you could have done given the failure of our leadership today. It sent a huge message, it has shaken the pillars of the current power structure. Because it was admirable and many people will look on it with admiration, and they will understand that more is possible.
