I was listening to Timcast IRL and he was saying that Trump doesn't need Generals, he needs a lot of the "middle management" officers like NCOs or COs, I'm not familiar with military terminology sorry.

Trump probably has the base of the military but those men answer to their direct officers who apparently are a lot of cucked dems. I doubt the military would do anything, guess they're happy going back to not being paid

It's true. Ever notice how military coups are run by Colonels, not Field Marshalls or Generals?

Can you explain where a Field Marshall ranks? I've never heard that rank/term before. Are they middle management or upper management?

My understanding is Colonels are middle management like a regional director and a General is like the C-Suite executives, to compare to civilian corporate world what I am more familiar with.

In European armies, Field Marshall is the highest rank in the military. Would be the equivalent of the US' "General of the Army" meaning a 5-star general. Generally 5-stars (Eisenhower and Bradley) ony exist during wartime.

oh wow, ok I thought by the name it was a lower rank, since marshalls makes me think of the US fed marshalls who are mainly grunts in a sense.
