That's a good question. I thought there would be more cyber, or intelligence agency evidence provided. For me it's obvious from the evidence already provided that the election was a fraud. Why the state legislatures won't act on it is a mystery. Scared, bought off, apathetic? This is a sham.
Thats what I thought too. I basically said plenty of times on here that no one cares what Rudy, Sidney, or any random data person has to say. Trump needed the doj, dod, cisa, etc...to issue a statement they found fraud in the election. I thought he just needed more time to find evidence but it seems like there will be nothing. Nothing from miller, ratcliffe, or anyone else. I mean whats the plan after this?? Seems like eventually everyone will go home and thats that.
We'll see what happens, Cat. In my opinion the state legislatures failed us. All of this could have been resolved at the state level, with no courts or the House of Representatives involved.
Yeah but the state legislatures were in on it. If trump would have conceded to Biden. No one would have complained about how the states conducted the elections. Look at how the PA legislatures came out afterwards. They knew what was happening before hand and did nothing. Trump just had to many ppl against him.
Honestly the barr thing was the biggest issue. I wanted to hold out hope but the fact he came out to undermine Trump even when he didn't have too was a bad sign. He could have said nothing. I'm trying to figure out whats next and it doesn't seem like it will be anything now. Unless Trump uses the Emergency broadcasting system and have the DOD to release statement this is for nothing.
The only thing left in my opinion is for Pence later today to send the duel electors back to those states, or for some very damaging evidence of cyber vote switching to come out...but yes, it all seems like a longshot.

The plan was to follow the constitution by adhering to law....the state legislatures let us down, not Trump...but maybe it's not quite over.
