Any counting that takes place without supervision by all of the interested parties is unacceptable. Numbers submitted where some of the interested parties have been kept from supervising, or thrown out, should be summarily subtracted from the totals.
There is no way in hell that vote-counting software should be handled in percentages.
There should never be aliquots of negative votes for any candidate.
That software should be as simple as accounting software.
Tabulating machines should not be connected to the Internet.
The reality is that the Arizona electors have been objected to, and there is a debate, or was one, before somebody broke into the House building.
