I’ve been watching portlandandy’s stream since it popped off - been a slow day at work lol.

Streams all seem current except one (labeled ‘der’). I saw a capitol cop whose Face I’d seen before and thought, hey, props to that guy. But then they started pulling the fence back and I realized it was footage repeated from before we’d made it into the building.

What gives? Is it conventional for a ‘stream’ to replay footage from different periods?

As I’m about to post - yup, definitely being replayed.
