The 'man with a rifle' next to her was a police officer. A team of officers moved up behind them up a stairwell, and the woman climbed through a window and was then shot by an officer on the other side.
She looked like she was about to go through the window but the shot was criminally unneccesary.
From her position, she was not in a position to put up a fight and a medium shove was all it woudl have taken to send her to the ground outside the door. Also she could have very easily been pulled down by the cop in riot gear literally right behind her.
This isn't a psychotic drugged out criminal coming at cops with a knife, nor a known druggie having a heart attack from all the shit he took before getting arrested. Her death is unlawful use of deadly force; And whole cities burned all summer for far, far less.
