I’m not sure who said it initially, but immediately after the election we were, daily, shown a calendar crossing off the days. Today is day 65 of 79 (the 79th day is the day before inauguration, Jan 19). I think Flynn or Bannon started it (but again I’m not positive). I just think President Trump is too smart to have not had contingency plans in place for pence waffling
