edit: I wasn't aware that Pence had to be impeached and can't be fired, and that a new VP would have to be affirmed by the Senate. However, could the insurrection act offer a shortcut to that process in extremis?

Honestly, fuck teh rules at this point. Just say fuck Pence, Flynn is VP now. Any Trump supporter will be down, Commies won't. Same end result as the drawn out process but we get it over with.
