Could be old footage that was from another take, re-dubbed over with a voice AI or some sort of advanced DARPA tech. I'm not saying thats the case, but just because you see something on video, doesn't mean its true.
In fairness, he’s 75, out of shape, and has probably had the roughest 4 years of his life. He’s not a military guy. He’s a businessman. He’s basically you or me with a very large bank account.

He showed us how things are, and how they could be. He gave us a taste of the real American Dream™. It's up to us now to keep this fire going and not let it die out under the cold wind of tyranny.
