Thats the last time Tempe Police ever stopped me for no bike light or anything else in 2016, and a talk I had with Internal Affairs last May.
And here is what the U.S. Supreme Court said about 'sovereignty' (Its really sad when people think they arent, at least here in the U.S.A. anyways. That only means not 'subject' to be punished for 'disobeying' our hired servants, but only for violating other peoples equal 'individual rights')...

And FYI I taught MYSELF these 'fundamental principles' of 'the supreme Law of the Land' over the last ten years, mostly at the ASU Law Library using 'West Law'.
Now I have US Supreme Court cases and quotes from the US and State Constitutions in these 'LawDocs' which enable me to make police actually stop enforcing harmless civil and criminal 'offenses', and if you were a smart person you would actually WATCH ME DEMONSTRATE in the videos above, instead of continuing to believe these 'Logical Fallacies' such as that 'We the People of the United States' are NOT 'sovereign', or that it is 'Lawful' to punish us just for disobeying orders or legislation from our hired public servants!
I have actually got more than 7 civil and criminal court cases dismissed, made Tempe Police stop arresting beggars on highway exits and enforcing the bike light and wrong way in bike lane statutes, and a lot more. I have made them let me out of jail when they TRIED to hold me for not paying court fines, for past cases which I will be suing them for in the future, and a LOT more.
So then you have accepted a 'Title of Nobility', 'Esquire', which is Prohibited in more than one place in 'the supreme Law of the Land', and in 1812 we DID ratify an amendment which states: "If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain, any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."
Now I DO have PROOF of this! Images of Published Public Records from many State and Military and other Govt. agencies, SHOWING this Amendment WAS ratified and published for over 55 years, and you can even see the current 13th and 14th in some of them when they were one digit higher.
This was at the same time as when the 'Bar Association' came into our Government.
But from what I see there are 'Bar Memberships' and 'State Certifications' but I've seen Statements from the California Govt. stating that a 'license' to 'practice' law does not even exist!
If you are a smart person who actually cares about the oath I expect you must have sworn at one or more time in the past to actually defend the U.S. Constitution, and about what is 'right' and 'just', then you would actually THINK Critically and check facts here, because I have in fact made Tempe Police and Courts stop enforcing a lot of things for many years and they have told me more than once 'thats over 90% of what we do', and THE REASON WHY 'OVER 90%' OF THE 'LAWS' IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ACTUALLY A 'CRIME' TO 'MAKE OR ENFORCE' IS BECAUSE OF PEOPLE WHO 'JUST FOLLOW ORDERS' AND BELIEVE THESE LIES JUST BECAUSE THOSE IN 'AUTHORITY' TELL THEM TO!
