It took a little over a week for the Soviet Union to fall. If the Military kill anyone, perhaps less for us. Hold a Constitutional Congress and special elections WITH NO FUCKING ELECTRONICS - probably co-ordinated by local militias to replace members in all branches - if we're smart about it.
Luckily the protesters are constitutionalists. So that's a wildcard.
