I read the entire constitution and honestly did not see any reference about the VP de-certifying electors as verified by the change in the late 1800s. Sonic trump and pence are strict constitutionalists, I hate to say it but they did the right thing and the states need to do their thing to decertify. Then arrest the fraudsters.
