Today the theme at my home has been regret. I was feeling the same way earlier-about not being able to go.
Here's how my dad put it:
'I wanted to go too, and we can spend all day and night regretting not going, but it doesn't change anything'. In response to this country doing what it did today, my mom got drunk and took out her wrath out on my dad. He explained to me her whole life's been about regret. She'll always be broken because of it. Regret hurts so many people.
Don't regret pede. As long as you're alive you can fight. There will be another chance. Don't worry.
