For some reason there was tarp covered scaffold at the back of the capitol. People climbed in and out the top to get to the back ledge. All happening while Trump was still speaking and before DC police collapsed their front lines in above tweet (edit). Snapshot of what I salvaged w/ shadowplay as video was nuked.
