All they had to do is fucking take the case and let the evidence do the talking. It pisses me off everytime they keep saying "no evidence". No bitches not one court looked at it.

The Texas case was rejected on standing, which is patently ridiculous. Any dispute between the states falls directly under SCOTUS. They didn't even say there wasn't evidence. It was actually a very solid case, but they refused to hear it. It was a total dodge. SCOTUS was not there when the nation needed them--as much as ever in history. Apparently, they just want to wear the robes and get their pictures taken.
