Those are torrent links. You need a bittorrent client to download them, and then copy those links into the client..

Yes but uTorrent it basically malware. Try qBittorrent (not a Q reference) it's free and open sourced. The links btw are called magnet links.

The only magnet links you would need are in the OP above. They essentially replace the .torrent file you are probably used to downloading.
But if you were asking for a good torrent site, I'm partial to 1337x.to
