No, the one that shot was crouched in a doorway just barely visible (not in this video) around the edge of the door all the way on the other side of the foyer.

Can’t believe they stood around so long before administering first aid.

Can't believe everyone with a badge wasn't immediately shot or captured. But of course our side showed up unarmed because "mUh hIgH rOaD" way to fucking go

It's clearly came from behind everyone's backs, you could tell by their reaction immediately looking behind them. Not only did she not present any immediate threat, she was shot in the goddamn back.

Further, I think It may have been a negligent discharge if it was the cop closest in SWAT gear. He wasn't looking in her direction when the shot was fired.

EDIT: Watching it again (i'm done with that) the shot wasn't nearly loud enough to be right next to the camera recording. This is even worse if it came from ~35 yards down the hallway. Zero chance even with Police discretion shooting justified.

They at worst have 1/3 things needed. Ability (mob/riot) the murderer will say he didn't know cops were already with them. He still didn't have Opportunity or Intent. Ability: Does the person have the actual physical means to seriously injure or kill me? Opportunity: Too far, he had plenty of time to give commands. Intent: Although trespassing (yea yea, i know our Capitol), the crowd displayed no intent of killing law enforcement.

Negligent Homicide.

I don't think so. You can see the camera swerve at the beginning from the bottom of the stairs to then show her, not a single officer there has their weapon raised.

Naw. It was from straight ahead.

she was shot for climbing through a window is the story

bills_gash 73 points ago +74 / -1

It's on the video. Was she shot FOR that? No, she was shot for nothing.

She was shot after the police let her past the barricade and set her up to be murdered. You can see them here in the video allowing it to happen. Shot appears to come from the other side of the door, and you cannot see the shooter in it. Police don't even realize at first that she's been shot, but the two guys next to her do. The police just watch her die.

Saw it from multiple angles, they move her, find the wound by moving the flag off her neck, and just watch. They don’t do ANYTHING to help her.

Note the difference between this and BLM protests. The cops wouldn't go near BLM or Antifa because they knew they'd get attacked. Here are a ton of cops right next to protesters and while they might be nervous of something happening, none of them were harmed.

In my opinion it clearly looks to have come from the same side of the doors, behind the protesters by the police either up or down the stairwell. Watch their reaction when the shot was fired, They all turn around to look what happened behind them.

To me it looks like it was a negligent discharge.

100% cold blooded murder. She had both hands on the door from what I can see. Not a weapon a sight unless I missed something.

Being a former PJ...yeah neck wounds are almost always fatal poor lady was probably dead by the time they she hit the floor...Only a lowlife POS would do something like that...But they'll get away with it, we're trash anyway...unlike blm or fuktifa...

p8riot 5 points ago +5 / -0

No, she died slowly, you could see her gasping and convulging.

How could any adult climb through a broken window with iron grilles on it? See the picture here: https://i.ma.ga/Cc4pR.png

2
Highspergamy 2 points ago +2 / -0

Different window, that was an impass... I hear people went down the hall to the left if you are facing the door from inside and found another door to a foyer or something. That's where it happened.

Who actually shot her? She was already inside and simply stranding on the window frame inside a hallway...not coming in from outside.

Is she a relation to Bruce Babbit?
