Excuse me Rand but you're wrong. It's not about overturning states, it's actually a check and balance to overturn fraudulently chosen electors.

If a state made a law that said only black people can be electors, obviously that is unconstitutional. The congress would have a duty to NOT seat those electors. It's not interfering with states rights. State Certification is not the end all-be all of elections. I'm done with all these idiots.
