I live in deep south texas, a deep blue area next the border. Its pretty cool here, we all get a long very well. The Trump support here was something never seen before. Ton's of OG latinos, we just want to go to work, hang with our family/friends, hunt, fish and leave us the hell alone.
Stay away from Austin, it's an absolute shit hole. North or south of it is fine.

North of the 8 in Houston is good. Inside of 610 is not so good.
Stick to the North. South Texas is Little Mexico.
