It's amazing to me how little anyone ever ponders this, talks about it and yet it seems like the obvious way to go.
Patriots, conservatives, the right, call them whatever you want but they could easily form a union that creates a massive corridor in North America. It would gain land as Alberta and probably Saskatchewan would surely join and you have Montana, Wyoming etc and that's a massive union.
Yes, things would change as there is a vey natural self-sorting that goes on. Leftists and progressive liberal types would naturally move out and more right-wing leaning types would move in from other regions.
It's not even that difficult but I rarely hear anyone seriously discussing this.
