I am not a doctor, I don't really know anything about triage, but it appears she was shot in the neck area, or upper chest region -- looking at the blood pouring out of her mouth, clothing and nose, she was bleeding heavily, rapidly.
Chances are she died somewhere in that building.
What I want to know is, does the capital building have their own triage / ambulance / emergency services on site? And if so, why does it appear she was taken to an external ambulance?
