  1. Trump’s plan, whatever the hell that is at this point.

  2. Believe it or not, we still control state legislatures. We control more state legislatures than at any time in U.S. history. We can convene a constitutional convention and put Trump in office as the 28th amendment. It’s never been done before. But hey, it’s legal, and it’s time to break glass.

  3. Secession of the states. Texas will be first. Others will follow. We need political leadership going forward. We need a government. We can’t go full anarchist, refuse to pay taxes, it won’t work. We use the states as our vehicle. It’s the last thing we can control. Make no mistakes, it’s a catastrophic move, but so is doing nothing.

BIT here (Born in Texas). Texas will never succeed - forget it. To me, one little part of the path forward is to form a group of us that study the election laws of each of these contested states to become experts in their procurement rules (how the hell did these machines get so widely used when it was evident to Texas that they were a clear path to fraud?) and how often they are required to rebid their election systems. I believe most states require their procurement of such systems to be open enough that we might be able to make a difference her.
