Someone mentioned to me earlier today that the protests at the capitol building didn't have any real concrete aims or leadership. That's why the people who got in didn't really know what to do once they came inside. It also seems to me that we're only willing to rally for people - Trump especially, but not really ideas.
I think the right needs to not focus on specific people going forward but more ideas. That way the movement goes on even when specific people stab us in the back or cuck out. That way we won't be demoralized if something like Pence's betrayal ever happens again.
Just my .02
Conservatives tend to be older, law-abiding types with families. Out of that massive crowd, did you notice only young people entered the Capitol Building? The rest just came to support Trump and hope Pence did the right thing. That was the aim.
We don't have the young people willing to throw away their lives like the Left does.
Well, the left gets arrested but then charges are immediately dropped and they go out and cause havoc all over again. Two justce systems. We get arrested for going to church and trying to make a living. We must gain control of DAs, state AGs, SoS, etc so as to restore law and order. And maybe work on getting Soros extradited to Hungary
We've been groomed by media to follow trends and personalities, but not to be people of substance or character
Honestly we are starting to deserve what happens to us with these larps like today
Trump personified our ideas.
And? With Trump gone, now what? We just lose all our ideas? Of course not. We just can't pin all of our hopes on one person again. We can't afford to. It gives them a target to focus all their energy on.
The ideas were always ours. Trump just had the courage to verbalize them. He was not beholden to special interests. Our hopes were pinned on truth, justice and cheaters never prosper. We didnt know that there were no more honest men left in Congressmand that SCOTUS was full of cowards who didnt want to rock the boat. All we wanted was a fair shake and even that was too much to ask.
