TurboTax just sent this out:

The IRS recently began issuing a second round of stimulus payments to those eligible. Unfortunately, because of an IRS error, millions of payments were sent to the wrong accounts and some may not have received their stimulus payment.
We have been working tirelessly on a solution with the Treasury and the IRS. As a result, our expectation now is that within days the error will be corrected and stimulus payments will begin being deposited into the correct bank accounts. We have also re-confirmed with the IRS that they have all of the correct banking information.
We know how important these funds are for so many Americans and that everyone is anxious to get their money, now more than ever. We will keep you updated on our efforts, and we will stay on this until you get your money.

my 2019 refund ETFs got messed up. Been using same account and turbotax at least for 15 years without an issue. Used the IRS website to provide my banking info and got the first stimulus about 3 weeks in, 2nd one came on first day. Not sure why turbotax and the irs screwed this up for everyone but thinking of using different software this year.
According to the letter, the IRS screwed up. I got the first one fairly quickly. I don't need the $600, thankfully, so it will show up when it does, but millions probably are depending on it, even though it's exactly what the country doesn't need.
Just posting it for any pedes who might need it, and are wondering why it hasn't shown up yet.
