He told his supporters to march to the capital building. With a crowd that size, he had to at least assume there would be some instigators. He even re-tweeted for his supporters to wear body cams. Where we go from here I don't know
I would argue hes a traitor more than a coward. You can argue that maybe he wanted to do the right thing but didnt, i can totally see him being a deep state plant that was playing nice with Trump as long as he would side with the deep state when it mattered.
